Tips for Using Cranium Cafe (虚拟欢迎中心):

知道你的MySWC登录. If you do not have a login or SWC ID, log in using your 脸谱网, Google or LinkedIn accounts, or create a guest login.
All PCs, laptops, Macbooks, as well as Android devices, are compatible, but will require 您可以选择使用Chrome或Firefox. Apple users can use Safari browser.
Use this service in a quiet and private environment.

Cranium Cafe allows you to send and receive documents during your video meetings. Here's a few ways to scan your documentation:
- 电脑扫描仪
  Scanning the documents with a scanner is the best method. 你只需要扫描一下 the documents, save them as PDFs onto your computer.
- 智能手机应用
  If you don't have access to a scanner, the next best thing is downloading and using a no-cost "scanning" app on your smart电话. 谷歌驱动 has a great scanning feature that saves the photos to your drive and Evernote能扫描的 does a great job of converting pictures to actual documents (only available on iPhone). After the app "scans" your documents, download the files to your computer.

  If you don't have access to a scanner or don't want to download an app, you can use your smart电话 camera to take a picture of each of the documents. 你只需要 to email the pictures to yourself (from your 电话), login to your email account (from your computer), and download the pictures. Please be sure the lighting is good while taking photos of your documents and please be sure the entire document is visible 在图片中.

Be sure to have your documents readily available on your desktop or laptop. 查看 "Scanning Documents for Meetings" section of this page for more information.

Click on the Document Upload/Share button

Select the file you want to upload and select "open"

Once your document is uploaded you will see the following:

Open - This will display the document on screen for you and the staff/faculty member.

Share - This will send a link to the file in the chatbox. 这将安全下降 the file for the staff/faculty member to download.

Delete - This will delete the document from your account.
